We know how important it is that all your airframe components meet the highest standards.  For that reason, we have an impressive range of accreditations, including ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and AS9100D.  This means that our customers can have full confidence in all our processes and know that components produced by Attewell will be consistently high quality.  We understand that variability in the end product results in production line stoppages for you, which is why we go the extra mile to ensure that doesn’t happen.

Metal gap fillers
We are industry leaders in producing metal gap fillers.  Our portfolio includes aluminium gap fillers, titanium gap fillers, stainless steel gap fillers, brass gap fillers and metal bonded gap fillers.  Our engineers are well-able to advise on what is the most appropriate metal to use for the specific context of the products that you require. As the largest manufacturer in Europe of aircraft components, we are able to bulk-produce large orders or work closely with you to produce smaller orders of custom-made metal gap fillers to suit your precise requirements.

Quality assurance
 Our in-house quality assurance procedures are second to none when it comes to ensuring that our products leave our facility exactly as they were designed. We have a Quality Management System, which combines our Certified Operators Program, Quality Engineering (FAI, SPC, Control Plan, FMEA), Digital and Optical Inspection (CMM).  We employ Lean Six Sigma principles which lead to operating efficiencies for us, which translates into reduced costs for you.  Put together, this means that we work to ensure that we meet or exceed all our customers’ expectations.
