State-of-the-art equipment
At our manufacturing facility in Hayes, near Heathrow Airport in the UK, we can work with our sheet products to produce manufactured items to your exact specifications. Processes that we have at our disposal include laser water jet cutting, precision CNC routing and milling, both conventional and CNC turning, punching, pressing, rolling, forming, sheet grinding and polishing as well as heat treatments and photochemical machining.

Wide range of materials
Our sheet products can be made out of a range of metal and non-metal materials to meet the precise and specific needs of the aerospace industry.  Our range of metals includes stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, titanium, beryllium copper, brass and Inconel.  If you require non-metal sheet products, you can choose from a range including mylar, polyimide, composites and phenolic.  Different uses in specific locations on an airframe will have different needs, and our engineers will be able to advise on the best combination of qualities to include being lightweight, durable and resistant to a range of stressors such as heat, chemicals, humidity or UV.
