Justin joins Avantus with a very successful career in Finance, leading to roles of significant increased leadership responsibility.  With deep experience in leading Private Equity Operating Company Finance Functions, most recently as CFO of Saylite and CFO of Novaria Group, Justin’s perspective on Avantus’ growth plans is invaluable.   
 
A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with highest distinction, Justin’s education and career have been marked by high performance in every role he’s served.
 
Justin has served in a myriad of financial leadership roles, throughout his career, prior to becoming a group CFO, gaining knowledge that enable his superb leadership of Teams.
