As part of our state-of-the-art range of equipment, Attewell offers high specification Computerised Numerical Control Routing (CNC routing).

This manufacturing process carry out routing along vertical, horizontal or perpendicular coordinates. We offer a manual routing service, but our CNC routing allows a wider range of possibilities for engineering parts.  Our expert engineers and technicians utilise our Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to make the designs, which are then turned by the Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software into toolpaths for the router, ensuring the most accurate translations of your designs.  CNC routing is a highly efficient process, ensuring part repeatability, which results in fewer production-line issues for our customers.  At the same time, it is flexible enough to be used for one-off, custom made designs where these are required. Attewell has both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC routers, meaning the most complex shapes and geometries can be catered for.
