Our extensive range of equipment includes precision 3-axis and 5-axis CNC routers, 5-Axis machining centres with multiple pallet changers, conventional and CNC milling, conventional and CNC turning, waterjets, press brakes, hydraulic and manual presses, punch presses, sheet surface grinding, automated deburring systems, photo chemical machines and laminated material continuous coating lines. The range of equipment also include inspection and testing; CMM and 2D Laser QC coordinate measuring machines, Zwick depression tester, XRF material tester, peel testers, hardness testers and a wide range of other test equipment. We have the in-house capability to collaborate with our customers on the design of their products, manufacture them to the highest standards and carry our on-site inspections using the latest available technology to ensure your product arrives to your production line exactly as specified.
