Attewell’s in-house expertise
 
Our experienced engineers are highly trained in the four principles of production planning and control. These are firstly Routing, which manages the passage of the raw materials through all the machining and detailing processes, to the end product.  We map out every process and every contact with the product to ensure there is no waste in terms of material or human resource. Secondly, Scheduling ensures that, once all the processes are accounted for, tight timescales are adhered to.  Dispatching processes ensure that, end-to-end, the systems deliver what is required to our customers. Finally, Follow-up ensures that we are constantly reviewing our processes to identify any potential inefficiencies that can be rectified.
